At WoAgora, our practice is informed by direct experience supporting the digitization strategy of the United Nations Sustainable Development Group.
Under our leadership, country teams accelerated crisis response, delivering rapid, coordinated support during one of the most disruptive global emergencies in postmodern history. Our success is proof that with the right systems in place, impact can be both fast and far-reaching.
Our cofounder and CEO, Carolina Lorenzo-López, implemented the digitization strategy for more than 130 United Nations country teams operating across 162 countries and territories, coordinating the integration of verified, official data systems aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the African Union’s Agenda 2063.
This work included the consolidation and interoperability of platforms such as UN INFO (United Nations Information Management Platform), the United Nations Sustainable Development Group Data Portal, UNdata, the United Nations Statistics Division Sustainable Development Goals Data Hub, the United Nations Population Division Data Portal, UN Women’s Gender Data Hub, UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Data Hub, UN Water Sustainable Development Goal 6 Data Portal, and the United Nations Development Programme Human Development Reports Data Center.
